Understanding The Synnd Dashboard

When you first logon to the Synnd Online Interface you will see the Synnd Dashboard which consists of several different overview windows designed to give you a snapshot of what is happening at any moment with your account.

You can arrive at the Synnd Dashboard at any time by clicking the dashboard tab (highlighted in yellow above)

Now we will explain each of the 5 boxes in the Dashboard:

1. My Account - In this box you will see how many credits you have (displayed under the "Credits" column). You will also see your Minimum Credit Requirement here.

2. Recent Credits History -  In this box you will see recent activity as it relates to your earning and spending of credits. A negative number indicates that this was an amount paid to another Synnd member for completing a promotional action for you and shows a credit deduction. A positive number indicated that you earned a credit for performing a promotional action for another member.

Credit Type - Indicates what type of action was taken for the addition or reduction of credits.

Site Name - Indicates the name of the network in which the action was taken

Automated - a YES indicates that the Synnd system automatically perfomed the action. A NO indicates that you initiated the action through the job boards.

3. Recent Promotions - In this box you will see the status of promotions that YOUR Synnd system has done or is in the process of doing.

4. Alerts - We will use this box to communicate critical items to you. Maybe your RA isn't connected, maybe we need you to perform a certain action. Whenever we need to communicate critical items you will see them in the Alerts box.

5. Campaigns With Recent Activity - In this box you will see your campaigns with the most recent activity. The campaign with the most recent activity will appear at the top.

You can click the edit icon next to any campaign to retrieve campaign data, edit a campaign or pause/delete a campaign. The Edit Icon is highlighted in yellow below:
