SYNND Billing & Cancellation Policy

  • Billing runs in month cycles and is not prorated. You will be billed for a full month, regardless of which day you cancel. As an example, if your billing date is January 14th and you cancel on January 3rd, you will still be billed for a full billing cycle
  • Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee penalty
  • As a member of the SYNND community, you are responsible for ensuring that you update SYNND related software when advised by us via e-mail or through the pages that appear as you login and enter the SYNND member area (dashboard). This includes the Remote Automator. If you fail to update your remote automator when advised, your account may be moved to inactive status or can result in less than optimal performance and other technical issues. Your billing will not be adjusted when this occurs
  • The SYNND system assists users with performing promotional campaigns, which interfaces with 3rd party networks. These networks will often make changes without notice, and can cause certain modules or tasks related to certain networks to not work properly.  It requires us to make technical updates to SYNND that take time to resolve. The time to resolve can be minor or more severe, depending on the extent of the network(s) change. Given that these changes are done by a 3rd party outside our control, our company is not required to provide monetary reimbursement when this happens.
  • To cancel your SYNND membership, it can ONLY be done by creating a support ticket here.  IMPORTANT: if you cancel as noted above, you will automatically receive a ticket number, which should be retained by you.  This will allow us to locate any needed information within our support system later.
  • An expired credit card does NOT constitute a cancellation.  This will only occur by submitting a request through the ticket system here.
  • Cancellation must be completed PRIOR to the day of your billing cycle to prevent being billed for the next cycle. As an example, if you want to end your service and your billing cycle ends on the 14th you must cancel by the 13th to avoid being billed for the next billing cycle.
  • Canceling your service does not eliminate any past due amounts owed. You are still responsible for any/all amounts. As a courtesy, the SYNND accounting system will e-mail you if your credit card will be expiring soon, and will provide you with a link in order to update it. If you fail to update it, it will cause your account to be moved to inactive status, and you may be subject to the 10% late fee penalty.

For any issues related to billing, please submit a ticket to the support desk here.
